On August 16th 2021 we lost our beloved sister/daughter Frances “Rissa” Rodriguez in a tragic car accident. Our family is devastated and unprepared for this loss. If you knew Frances you knew she loved her music and was always a free spirit. She was outgoing and loved to be around her friends and family. Frances was kind, generous and funny. She always put a smile on everyone’s face with her dance moves. We are saddened to lose her this way and so unexpectedly . At this time we ask all family and friends to help us cover unexpected funeral cost, to give her the proper burial she deserves.
