On the night of Saturday September 23rd, 2023, my mother, Frances Gloria Dias lost her battle to cancer after battling for over three years. She took her final breathe while sleeping in bed at home, as her husband of 36 years sat beside her. My mother was a fight. A warrior. A loyal woman. A forgiving mother. A gracious friend. A perfect grandma. She was a dialysis technician for close to 30 years. She was the life of every party she attended. Pittsburg Steelers #1 fan. And she was her children’s and grandchildren’s biggest supporter. As we begin to prepare for her services, we have unfortunately discovered we do not have the finances to carry out her final wishes. My mother lived in Brockton, Massachusetts for the past 36 years but she was born and raised in San Diego, California. Her final wish is to have a viewing in Brockton, be cremated & flown back home to be with her parents in their tomb. This is a very expensive process. $5000 to have a service here and close to $10,000 to bring her back home. I promised her. I want more than anything to bring her home, but we need help. So I am asking. Begging. Pleading. Please. If you are willing and able, please donate. Please share. Please spread awareness. Please help my family. Please.
