For the late Frances Elton, we wanted to keep her legacy alive.

Frances has given so much to the Deaf community; it would be lovely to keep encouraging the Deaf community and the next generation as she always did.

We want to raise money to train Deaf people to become Sign Language teachers, hold Linguistic workshops, and hopefully, train relay interpreters.
