Hi, I am Sal Rubios daughter (local Brunswick county chef) and I am making this GoFundMe for anyone interested in helping our family with medical bills. My father just recently had surgery and the kidney is not yet working but doctors say this is normal. The hospital recommends my dad to be out of work for 6 weeks. We have to pay for a week worth of hotels, medical bills, and travel. Today is his 2nd day of recovery he has 3 more days in the hospital and then a week in the hotel for appointments. After this he will have to travel for more appointments 3-4 a month so they can do tests and make sure the kidney is working. Anything helps, especially your prayers!
