This year, 2016, Father Beck celebrates his 20th priestly anniversary. This milestone coincides with his transfer from St. Mary's, where he has labored tirelessly with unswerving dedication for the past four years.
To show our gratitude for his 20 years of perseverance in the priesthood, as well as his tireless work here in St. Marys, a worthy gift is appropriate. The priests of St. Marys agreed that a good car would be the best gift since there is little life left in his present set of wheels and he will be in need of a car at his new assignment, the US District House. Will you help make this gift possible?
The car recommend for him is a reliable, yet nice Toyota Corolla or Camri. We would be spending no more than $12,000. The car would be presented to him at a Farewell Party on August 14.
While our general goal is the car, we would like also for people to be able to make a gift of whatever they wish. If enough money is not raised by August to buy the car, a gift of the money will be given to Father.
