*Update for everyone —Stage 3 colorectal cancer. Jake’s surgery was extensive, removing half his rectum and a foot and a half of his colon.  

While the surgery itself was successful, recovery has been difficult and the healing process is ongoing.  He has now started chemotherapy treatments and, because of the surgery and treatment schedule, he is still unable to work at this time. 

Chemo has been extremely difficult with serious side effects. Between medical expenses, recovery, and loss of income, things have become overwhelming.

We are incredibly grateful for every donation, share, message, prayer, and bit of support that has been given so far. It truly has helped carry him through some very hard days. Please continue sharing the GoFundMe and keeping Jake in your thoughts as we face the next stage of this fight. ❤️
