Let me tell you about Cory Fulk.
Cory and I have been together eleven years, and he’s been the best partner I could have asked for. He’s a wonderful, loving father to our two-year-old daughter, Audrey. He adores her, and she him. (I’m pretty fond of him too.) He’s honest, hardworking, and an all-around great guy.
Cory has enamel hypoplasia as a result of being born prematurely. That means that the mechanism controlling his teeth’s ability to form enamel doesn’t work properly. He doesn’t have enough enamel, and what he does have is weak. He’s prone to infections in his teeth and gums. He is dangerously close to going septic, but the dentist wants $1,500 just to pull the bad teeth. We work hard to scrape together a living for our family and keep our heads above water while paying our existing student loan and medical debt, and we simply cannot afford this potentially life-saving care.
We’re not usually the kind to ask for help, but we desperately need it. We’re looking to raise at least the $1,500 we need for the extractions.
Good dental hygiene is key for the health of the entire body. Cory’s various infections could shorten the time Audrey has her daddy if left untreated. He works hard, plays fair, and treats everyone with equal respect. He deserves to have a long, healthy life with those he loves.
