Ciao a tutti, siamo Stefano e Faraj, amici di Elena.

Elena è in una situazione di estrema difficoltà:

Vive sola con suo figlio di appena 11 anni e da qualche mese sta combattendo contro un glioma al cervello di stadio 3.

Il suo tumore è operabile, ma Elena vive in uno stato extra UE in cui per operarsi subito è necessario pagare circa 10.000 € oppure mettersi in lista di attesa e attendere il proprio turno per essere operata gratuitamente.

Il problema è che potrebbe non sopravvivere fino ad allora.

Terapie chemioterapiche e ormonali a pagamento hanno inciso sui suoi risparmi e oggi non ha disponibilità economiche per pagare l'intervento autonomamente.

La tormenta il drammatico pensiero di lasciare il bimbo da solo se il suo turno per l’operazione non arrivasse in tempo. Questo pensiero la sta consumando ogni giorno di più.

E' una corsa contro il tempo... che 10.000 € possono interrompere dandole una concreta speranza di sopravvivenza.

Lei non sa di questa raccolta fondi, vorremmo farle una sorpresa.. sperando di fare in tempo...

Nel rispetto della sua volontà di non divulgare la notizia del suo stato di salute ad altri amici non posteremo la sua foto ma vi terremo aggiornati sugli sviluppi.

Hello everyone, we are Stefano and Faraj, friends of Elena.

Elena is in an extremely difficult situation:

She lives with her son who is just 11 years old and has been fighting a stage 3 brain glioma for a few months.

Her tumor is operable, but Elena lives in a non-EU country where to have an immediate operation you have to pay about $10,000 or get on a waiting list and wait your turn to be operated on for free.

The problem is that she might not survive until then.

Paid chemotherapy and hormone treatments have affected her savings and today she does not have the financial resources to pay for the operation independently.

She is tormented by the dramatic thought of leaving her child alone if her turn for the operation does not come in time. This thought is consuming her more and more every day.

It is a race against time... that 10,000 euros can interrupt.

She doesn't know about this fundraiser, we would like to surprise her.. hoping to make it in time...
