Yep, this picture pretty much sums him up. The nicest guy I've ever had the good fortune to call "friend".

On behalf of Darren's family I wish to thank you for taking the time to visit this fund raising campaign.

For those of you who knew Darren personally, I'm sure I speak for each of you in saying that Darren was literally the kindest, most thoughtful, most helpful, loving and family oriented man we've been fortunate enough to have in our lives and call a friend.

People like Darren are a rarity, and we'll all miss our friend dearly.

If you didn't know Darren personally, you'd be only too fortunate to have someone like him in your life. He was truely a great person in all respects.

Sadly, with Darren's sudden passing, the emotional strain on his devoted and loving wife Katherine will be compounded by the financial burdens to come. And so we ask that those of you who are able, to kindly make a donation in any amount. All money donated will be given directly to Katherine and used to cover funeral expenses, and with the sudden loss of Darren's income,  help her financially until a more permanent solution can be set in place.

Let's each of us show our friend Katherine not only how much we all love and miss Darren, but also how much we will continue to love and support both she and her family throughout this difficult time.
