Hi All, I hope that you are well! I am doing a 10k run at the end of this month. I am raising money for Compton Hospice/Care and for a charity towards research into Bells Palsy. Both charities mean a lot to me but specially want to raise money into research as I have been through Bells Palsy more than once most recently last year. For those who don’t know this condition causes facial paralysis very similar to a stroke. For some the paralysis is life long. To date they haven’t been able to find a prevention and treatment. It has had a big impact on me emotionally, physically and mentally and I hope that I can help those who have also felt and lived through the same experiences as me.
