Nehemiah Autism Center Needs Your Kindness

Fiscaal aftrekbaar

We hope you will join us in raising money for Nehemiah Autism Center. Nehemiah Autism Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with the mission of providing care, education, and support for children with autism. Nehemiah raises public awareness about Autistic Spectrum Disorders in order to combat stigma.

Nehemiah is a school and community which helps autistic children by improving communication, by providing them with education, and by helping kids grow skills such as eating and dressing themselves to become more independent. Nehemiah provides free care and education to autistic children, and teaches parents how to nurture their autistic kids. 90% of the children Nehemiah supports come from single-parent homes, and 60% come from poor families. They are dedicated to providing accessible care.

Nehemiah pours love into their community, and now it’s our turn to give back to them. As a first step, we can cover Nehemiah’s rent for a year. With your contribution, we can raise $15,000. From there, we can help Nehemiah raise money for more books for the children, as well as outreach for staff training.

Nehemiah works hand-in-hand with the U.S.-based organization Hands for Autistic Children. Your contributions are TAX-DEDUCTIBLE. We hope you will donate to this campaign to help Nehemiah and autistic children in Ethiopia.
