Rebecca's Road to CrossFit Games

Hi everyone, my name is Rebecca Fuselier. I am 16 year old and CrossFit is my true passion. This campaign is to support my trip to the CrossFit Games in Carson, California, where I will be competing in the 16-17 year old age division! We are just a few months away from the big event and I am just a few months away from my dream come true.
Before I began my CrossFit career, I was a competitive level 10 gymnast. Due to injuries and varying mindsets, I decided to end my gymnastic career at age 13. A few weeks later, I jumped into the sport of CrossFit and fell in love from the very first WOD (It was a Hero WOD on 9/11)! I have been doing CrossFit for about 2 and a half years now! I train at CrossFit Bolt with the most inspiring people, including my family. Through CrossFit I have grown into the person I am today. I have learned more about myself as a person and as an athlete. My biggest dream is to be on that stadium field competing with the best of the best! I also want to inspire everyone along the way and share my journey with you!
The 2016 CrossFit Games Open (qualifier) left me with a 1st place finish in the South Central Region and a 5th place finish in the world. It definitely tested my mental and physical strength and heart. I owe everything to my amazing Bolt family. Through their encouragement and support I have accomplished things I could only dream of.
My trip to California will definitely be a life changing experience! However, there are many pieces and parts to the trip that make it relatively expensive. The money raised through this campaign would be put towards housing, airfare, and food. It will also help pay for tickets for my family. Without their support I would not be where I am today! Any donation helps! I am so thankful to have so much support from everyone! See you soon Carson!
