My name is Racquel my very good friend and co-worker Wilton Robinson of over 10 years was diagnosed in December 2015 with COLON CANCER soon after he was informed that it was also on his LIVER.

Wilton was a member of the NAACP, , Former President of Rosevelt Trustee Board at Rosevelt Public Library, Organized the Annual Boys to Men Obama Care at Roosevelt Public Library, Alumni of Nassau Community College and a Corrections Officer. Wilton was presently working at Beach Terrace Care Center a nursing home in Long Beach NY when he was diagnose. Wilton is loved by residents, families and co-workers alike. Wilton will always try to help young men and women better their lives, by providing programs to help keep them off the streets, he has also organize trips to washington for events such as million men march and many more. Over the course of the past 3 mths Wilton condition has deteriorated immensely. Wilton is unable to undergo Chemo and or any treatments at this time, he has not eaten any solid food in 4 weeks and at this time is not even tolerating liquids. His body is beginning to shut down, he was recently put on Hospice in the same facility that he has worked for and cared for so many residents. It is heart wrenching and devastating to see our co-worker, our friend our extended family in this state. Unbehalf of his family and myself we are asking for any donations possible at this time to assist in any medical needs to keep him as comfortable and pain free as he can possibly be and to assist in plans for his unfortunate demise.
