It's hard to find words for something like this. One of our own, Eric Caughern, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind his wonderful wife, Heather, and their two amazing kids, Garrett & Skyler. To know Eric was to love him, and if you didn't know him, you just needed to spend 5 minutes with him to know you had another friend on your side. Eric cared deeply for others and was always looking for ways to help if it was needed. He was one of the most positive people I had ever met, always finding the silver lining in any situation. He worked tirelessly for his team, always showing up and giving 110% to whatever he worked on. Outside of work, it was obvious that Eric dedicated all of his time to his family. Anytime he was telling me about his weekend, it always involved stories of hiking or kayaking with his kids or just spending time with the kids and Heather at home. The dogs were always mentioned as well, he loved his two Dobermans!

Losing Eric has left an enormous hole in all our hearts, and he will be forever missed.

We've started this GoFundMe to help Eric's family with funeral costs and to give them a bit of breathing room as they begin to navigate life without him. No one should have to worry about bills or expenses in the middle of something like this.
