Life can change in an instant, and right now, I’m facing an unexpected financial hardship. My car, which has been the backbone of my livelihood, was recently involved in an accident. While I’m grateful to be safe, losing my main source of transportation has put me in a difficult position.

As someone who relies on my car to run my mobile business, this setback means I can no longer make house calls for the time being—directly impacting my ability to earn income. On top of the costs of repairing my vehicle, I now face the heavy burden of keeping up with rent, bills, and basic necessities without my primary means of work.

Although I am grateful for my income from my part-time teaching job, it is not enough to keep me afloat while living in LA at this time. The rising cost of living and inflation in LA make it incredibly difficult to stay financially stable without my main source of income.

For the time being, I will be taking clients at my home. I understand that not everyone can drive to LA, but I will make do with the clientele I am able to receive at my place while I work toward getting back on my feet.
