Help with expenses

Hey everyone I know I have done this a few times now but I really could use some help. This year has been filled with turmoil and challenges which have led me to stays in the hospital and rehab. I know I have asked a lot of you but I could use the help more than ever. Everyone who has stood by me in this time of need have been fantastic.
