Hi everyone!

The Kick Challenge has been a special part of our community for over 10 years and we hope to make this years the biggest one yet. Over the years, we have been able to raise over $50,000 for families and children in need over the holiday season. We've granted multiple family wishes for the Make A Wish Foundation, we've been fortunate enough to work with and support the Ronald McDonald House, and we've also done more grass-roots contributions to Vancouver families in need.

Our WHY?

Having a positive impact goes much further than just what we do in the gym - giving back and supporting families in need hit home for us. We've been so fortunate with the help we've received prior, that we want to continue to pay it forward.
