Hi, I'm Clint and I am asking for you to help our friend Jose.

 

Jose was hospitalized on December 26 in Miami due to pancreatitis. The infection progressed quickly and is very serious. Jose is currently in an ICU, on a ventilator and requiring regular kidney dialysis. The current plan to to have him discharged to a longer term facility next week to start rehabilitation and weaning off the breathing tube. He doesn't have family in the area and his sister, Hilda, is coordinating his care from Minnesota. She is going to travel to Florida soon to be near to him and help get things in order. Jose's trusted four-legged side-kick Max is missing too.

 

Jose has touched so many lives over the years. His people first approach and dedication to healing are beyond compare. Whether it is a holiday greetings text or encouraging email, Jose is known as a trusted colleague and a loyal friend who is always selflessly there for us. Now he needs us.
