Save my home

This is so incredibly difficult to do.  It is not easy to say that I need help but here it is. My name is Stacy. Years ago I lost my job and my medical benefits. Since that time I have worked one and two jobs to get by. Income has not always been consistant. I have had poor medical benefits and at times, no benefits at all. I have Lupus and other related medical issues. It requires frequent doctor appointments and multiple medications. Even when I did have insurance, it was not adequate for a chronic illness and the required maintenance.  I would reach the maximum coverage allowed just part way into the year. The rest of the year I had to pay out of pocket. It has caused a tremendous strain financially. I started a great new job a few months ago with wonderful medical benefits. It is an income that is consistant and secure. I have been able to keep working at my other job as well. Things seemed to be falling into place and I could breath. But I have run out of time. Financially, I have reached the point to which I am going to lose my home. It's all that I have.  A resolution is possible if I am able to make a down payment for an arrangement.  Clearly I don't have it or I wouldn't be in this position. Honestly, it is humiliating and embarrassing to have to ask. Unfortunately I am at a point where I have to swallow my pride and ask for help. I am out of options and will be losing my home very soon. If it is possible, I am asking. PLEASE! If I can get through this, the future looks so much more secure for me. I thought that I was finally going to be in a place that things were working out and I could exhale after years of stress and worry. But, here I am. I just can't lose my home.  Please, if anyone can help, to say I would be appreciative would be an understatement. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
