Hello Friends,
My good friend, co-worker, and pillar of our community, Shannon Derby is going back under the knife for a 4th, (yes fourth) foot and ankle surgery. Her first surgery was in November of 2018 and unfortunately the hardware the surgeon put in, didn’t fix what needed to be fixed. Which resulted in a 2nd, 3rd, & 4th surgery.
Shannon has spent the last 10 months dealing with complications from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd surgeries. She hasn’t been able to walk normally and has experienced limited mobility, which has caused her to miss out on work and the pay that comes with it. These surgeries have inhibited normal everyday actives.
Shannon has always been the first to help when it is needed in our community, now it is our turn to help her. We are kindly asking for your help and generosity to help Shannon with the missed wages and out of pocket expenses that insurance hasn’t covered. I know that Shannon would be forever grateful of your kindness.
