Four Letter Word is seeking funds to stage our inaugural production of The Skriker, a surreal and fantastical show by legendary playwright Caryl Churchill. Money will be used to acquire performance rights, obtain rehearsal space, rent a venue, and pay for set construction / materials.

Caryl Churchill’s 1994 play The Skriker smashes together surrealism with a morality play, creating a magical and terrifying combination that questions the confines through which we judge good and evil. Our production will combine the use of clowning, mask work, and puppetry to tell this timeless and important story.
