Passing of Elyse, leaving behind 4 children

Hello, my name is Jennifer and I am raising money for the children and partner of my cousin Elyse.

This morning on 6/15/2023, 35 year old Elyse Overlin got into a single vehicle accident on her way home, and passed away at the scene of the crash. She will be cremated due to this terrible accident and wished for her ashes to remain in Florida. There will be no funeral services per her own request, discussed in the past with family.

Elyse leaves behind her partner Lexus, and four minor children who all reside in Florida.

Elyse and anyone that knew her was a strong, extremely hard working, and a deeply caring person, with a huge heart. She had a wonderful sense of humor and put her family first. She will be missed deeply by them; all of her minor aged children had their mother taken from them too soon. Her family is broken. Elyse has 3 daughters and one son. She was recently made a grandmother!! She also has another grandchild soon on the way, both of these babies are by her two older teen daughters.

Lexus, her partner, will be caring for the children and the two babies alone now, and has been off of work due to a medical leave. Elyse was the sole provider in the restaurant industry for all of them.

Please consider donating to help the family cover costs for housing, pay the rent due very soon, feed, and clothe the children and the two newborns. Lexus is returning to work tomorrow, despite this tragedy to step up and care for the kids, yet we all know how fast one person’s paycheck goes.

I am praying we can all raise enough money to help the kids’ future schooling costs as a memorial to their beloved mother, who would work continuously so they never went without.

All money raised will be handled by my Aunt Tina, Elyse’s mother. Elyse moved her family to Florida to be near her mother after the family lost BOTH of Elyse’s bothers. Tina and Elyse were very close; her being Tina’s only surviving child, and they saw each other daily. Tina has helped care for her grandchildren in every way possible.
