Hi, we are FOUNDRY, a group of co-working and wellness spaces. Just a few months ago one of our members experienced a heart attack whilst in our Eastbourne location. Thankfully, we had a First Responder on site who knew how to look after our member until the ambulance arrived. What shook us was our own limited knowledge on what to do in this situation and how to delay a cardiac arrest. As a group we are now fundraising in each location so that we can purchase an essential, life saving defibrillator. We are also hitting the road to visit each location and train members and staff in CPR!
