I never imagined I would find myself in this position, but 2025 has been incredibly challenging, and I feel like I have exhausted all my options. The condition of my home's foundation is so severe that my house is literally falling apart (please see the attached pictures).

Earlier this year, I had to utilize my 401(k) for hardship to cover the deductible for significant repairs to my roof, gutters, garage, window screens, and chimney cap so I am not allowed to tap into that again. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to receive help from those close to me.

For context, I recently emerged from a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, which, while a relief after five long years, has also left me ineligible for any financing options. I am reaching out to ask for assistance specifically with the cost of the foundation repairs. This request does not cover the damages shown in the pictures; I am solely seeking help with the foundation work.
