Hi my name is Julie Tracy & I’m a volunteer with Second Chance Boxer Rescue . We take in and save boxers from owners, shelters and puppy mills, along with other breeds when possible.

We took in Riza back in August as a then 4 month boxer owner surrender. She had a liver shunt & her owner could not afford to do the surgery to save her. Without surgery & only on medications she may live to only 2-3 years, however with surgery she can live to be 7-8 years or more. The cost for surgery, pre & post visits, medications, plus prescription food for the last 4 months is about $12,000! We desperately need donations to cover these costs.
