On April 5th, Forrest had a seizure while on his honeymoon with his wife Emily, and suffered fractures to his spine while seizing. Forrest is a 14 year employee of Dead Dog Saloon, a friend to most, and family to many.

Forrest had surgery on April 7 to repair the vertebrae pressing against his spine. He had titanium rods placed in his back to help stabilize his broken vertebrae and spinal column.
All indicators are pointing towards Forrest being able to walk normally again, but he has a long road to recovery. These funds will be used to help Forrest stay on top of his expenses during the extensive rehab process.
Here is a message from his new bride, Emily, the day after his injury:
"Please lift up my brand new and precious husband Forrest Cronia in your prayers. What started as a wonderful honeymoon in St. Petersburg to begin our new lives together, quickly turned into a living nightmare. Three strangers helped me save Forrest’s life yesterday when he had turned completely purple and wasn’t breathing after having a seizure in the car. We are so thankful no one else was hurt or involved. I’ll never be able to thank those 3 strangers enough and I know they were angels sent by God to help me.
Forrest is in Tampa General Hospital with severe fractures and will be having a major spinal cord surgery today. Please pray for the doctors and staff, for Forrest, for the safety of my parents traveling today to be with us, and lastly for me to be as strong as I possible can for Forrest."
