Hi everyone! First off, I wanted to start off by saying thank you for sending so much love, support and prayers the past couple of months. My family and I really appreciated it.
My little brother Paul passed away on April 26, 2015. For who knew or didn't know him, Paul was the most goofiest, funniest and sweetest person you would have ever meet. He would put a smile on your face when you were down. He would eat anything and everything. He was giving and loving. But most importantly he was the best brother I could've asked for even when he was soooooo annoying. At 14 he was diagnosed a malignant brain tumor and battled with it for the past 2 years until cancer took his life.
My sister and I lost our bestfriend. All three of us were always together and could never tear us apart. My brother strength and fight against cancer inspired Kalie and I to continue his fight. In September my sister, my bestfriend and I will be participating in Swim Across America - Making Waves to Fight Cancer. We will be swimming 2 miles with other swimmers around the Seattle area as well as fundraising money prior. The money raised is donated to find a cure for cancer, cancer research, prevention, treatments and community outreach. Each swimmer is ask to fundraise money and since my brother always wanted to do more for people so we want to push ourselves and reach a goal of $1,275 or more. We have til September 12th! This is where you come in!!! We would love it if you could donate anything even $1 to help us reach our goal for this amazing cause.
My sister, bestfriend and I are thrilled for this. We are not only swimming for Paul but for the many lives who have been impacted by cancer. So please support and join us on our fight against cancer. We can't do this alone!!
