Kevin is in stage 5 renal kidney failure and on dialysis daily.   He is a devoted husband that has been with his wife, Lisa, since they were 15 years old and is a loving father to his three children, Chris, Alexa, and Maria.   

There is no greater fear as a man than to face the prospect of becoming incapacitated - not able to do the things you love, or support the family you love that depends on you; the fear of leaving this world before you've accomplished all that you set out to do; not being able to walk your daughters down the aisle; not seeing the adults you raised your kids to be; leaving the woman you love alone and scared.

These are but some of the thoughts and fears racing through the head of a man who has spent his entire life doing for and giving to others.
