Hey there! Due to covid reasons, Estacada high school has been obligated to cancel their winter formal for the second year in a row. Our students don’t have many fun traditional high school memories and we aren’t about to give up another one! Since the school isn’t allowed to have this event, some of us kids have stepped up to plan our own dance that is not affiliated with the school. Since we won’t have any money from the school, we are asking for donations to help make our special night happen. We are also in search of sponsors, if you are interested, please reach out! The money we raise will go towards a venue, decorating, a photographer, a DJ, and other small needs like drinks and snacks. If there is money left over it will be donated to the Student council funds at EHS to help support future events.
We are doing a Sadie Hawkins dance, as you may know- girls ask guys! It will be open to all high schoolers in the Estacada area with proof of school ID or a piece of identity clarifying age. We are securing a date that will be in February. If you have a student interested in participating, wait until further information is released on our instagram @Student_Sadiehawkins!
