Dear Community,
We have been serving the health and wellness needs of our community for over 2 decades and it saddens us to now be in position where we need our communities help. We have been mandated to shutdown for over 5 months now and have done our best to support our employees and honor our commitments to our vendors and service providers. Unfortunately as SIP goes into month 6 and no end in sight, we are no longer able to continue to honor our financial commitments and have racked up further debt. Furthermore, on September 1, 2020 all rents are due in CA and we have no way of fulfilling any of our financial commitments. We applied for and recieved PPP only to be turned into unemplyment office which allowed us to hire employees back only to let them go 8 weeks later without single day of productivity or ability to earn. I personally have been struggling with asking for help but Im afraid Ive reached a point where without help I have no choice but to close down the Gym permanently and vacate the premises. We are the last remaining independently owned gym in the area and with Covid shining bright light onto the importance of health, fitness centers become that much more vital for our future.
