preparing for Superman's departure

3 years ago my superman was diagnosed with wilms tumor, a kidney cancer common in young kids. He went through about 8 months of chemo and radiation. He was in remission for about 6 months. In October of 2014 our fears came true, his cancer had returned. After more radiation and intense chemo we found out the cancer had spread. We were lucky enough to be part of a trial but after only one treatment found out he was no longer eligible due to the tumor growing. Our worst fears came true... My superman is now on hospice (with no estimated time to live) he is very weak, and tired. He has some energy left but its nothing compared to how active and outgoing my superman was before. Myself and my family are asking for this help for any funeral cost and expenses that might come up to make sure Nathan has everything he needs to stay comfortable and happy. Thank you.
