November 18th, 2025 will be our sweet Maggie’s first birthday in Heaven. For her birthday, we are creating “grief boxes” for families who lose a child at the Inova Fairfax PICU—the same place where Maggie passed.

When we lost Maggie, the small gifts we received—such as candles, notebooks, and handwritten cards—brought us comfort and reminded us that our daughter’s life mattered. Those little things made a big difference in the darkest days.

Our hope is to give that same comfort to other parents facing the unimaginable. Each box will be filled with items such as: a blanket, notebook and pen, candle, stuffed animal, picture frame, forget-me-not seeds, lip balm, “Mom & Dad of an Angel” keychains, and a handwritten card from us. Every box will be customized with Maggie’s hashtag, #ForeverMaggie, to carry her love forward.

We are raising money to purchase and personalize these items so they can be given to grieving families in Maggie’s name. Any amount helps, and we are so grateful for your support in keeping Maggie’s memory alive while bringing comfort to others.
