I’m still struggling to find words or even wrap my head around this whole situation. Leah was killed in a head on collision on the morning of September 17th and has left a huge hole in so many hearts. Leah was one of my longest friendships and had been one of my best friends since we were young children. She was one of the brightest stars and always brought such high energy to any room she entered. She could truly strike up conversation with anybody and wanted to be friends with everyone. She was a mother to three beautiful girls who are all still very young. Leah loved being a mother and her goal in life was nothing more than to have her girls with her and together again. Life hadn’t exactly been good to Leah in a lot of ways and she had struggled quite a bit but never gave up hope. My heart is broken, as I’m sure is the case for so many of you. I’ve started this gofundme to help her family with any expenses they face and help them a bit to get through this time. Leahs mom, Mindy, has been caring for two of leahs girls and doing such an amazing job. I would love to be able to help them just a bit if we can.
