Help Us Celebrate Mario’s Life and Support His Family

My name is Rosita Rigau-Alvarez, and I am Mario’s second cousin. The moment I learned the heartbreaking news of his passing I felt a deep need to do something to help our beloved Mario and his family.

Mario was a man who brought light and laughter wherever he went. He had a heart full of kindness, a smile that could warm any room, and an unshakable love for his family and friends.

Sadly, Mario left us too soon. As we come together to celebrate his life, our family is facing the difficult task of arranging a funeral that reflects the love and respect we all have for him. His beloved wife is now carrying the heavy weight of both grief and financial responsibility.

I have created this fundraiser to help cover the funeral costs so that his wife can focus on healing instead of worrying about expenses. Every donation—big or small—will help give Mario the farewell he deserves and lift a burden from his wife’s shoulders during this heartbreaking time.
