Hello everyone, today seemed like it was just any other ordinary day to be thankful for being blessed with another day of life. Just as normal as it started for most of us, my cousins in Florida and family got the worst nightmare. Our lovely Elba Melendez had suffer a horrific car accident.
Let me just say that for those that had the pleasure of meeting my Aunt they knew how special, unique, and full of life her spirit was, but those of you that don’t know let me tell you she was the life of the party. She showed love to everyone without asking for nothing in return, even if she didn’t have anything to offer she would always open her doors or simply invite you and make you feel welcomed and give you true love. She was just one of the best aunts, mother, grandma, friend, and wife a family could ask for, a real role model and one of the strongest pillars in our family. The type of person you grow up saying “I wanna be like that when I grow old”.
She definitely planted a seed of love in our family and she will forever be remembered like that, but sadly today was the day and time God had called her to his paradise.
She suffered a bad car accident on her regular traditional day to work and was pronounced dead at the scene, this could happen to anyone of us which is why we need to show love while we are alive.
This is such a sad thing for all my family and on behalf of my cousins/brother Marvin Melendez & Nancy Melendez, her Husband Tío Julio Melendez and the rest of the family, I have created this GoFundMe for us to form a union in this nightmare and come together to show a little love. Like I said my family was definitely not prepared for this, please I’m asking everyone that can help to donate or to share to help my family with expenses for her funeral, nothing is too little or too big. Thank you
