Hi my name is Lisa, I have set up this go fund me page as during the early hours of Tuesday 20th June 2023 3 local teenage boys tragically lost their lives in a fatal car accident.

Daniel (18) Ethan (18) Elliot (17)

A fourth boy is currently still in hospital fighting for his life.

Just as the boys were friends I too am friends with Daniels parents and siblings.

Daniel & Elliot have grown up in the village (Southmoor ).

I decided to set up a GO FUND ME page as the outpouring of love, support and messages over social media and personally to all the families involved from thousands of people whom this has also affected seems a fitting tribute to the boys and also to raise money for the families left with this devastation and heartbreak, a parents worse nightmare that my friends are now having to live

It goes without saying that no amount of money will ever ease the pain or bring the boys back but I hope it can alleviate one less thing for the parents to have to think about (finances) at this extremely difficult time.

We live within such an amazing community with so many saying how they feel “helpless” and would like to “do something” well this page seemed the most respectful way, whilst allowing the families time to grieve in private.

Therefore if you feel you are able to donate (nothing is too small ) then please do so, however if your aren’t able to, I ask for your help by sharing this page

Lets show the families personally involved in this tragedy that we are standing together as a community and sending them love and strength, that we will carry them while they are unable to walk themselves.. they are not alone

please note; all monies donated will be split equally between the four families involved this will be way of a cash “gift” to the families who will endeavour to choose how they wish the money to be spent ie. Towards funeral costs, tributes/memorials or even donate to their chosen charities. It will be up to them
