Forever Home for Charlie

Charlie is a long term stray in Wombourne, South Staffordshire. He did once have a home but was turned away / abandoned by his owner a number of years ago. A group of ladies have been looking out for him but he never really settled anywhere for long until recently. He is now spending more time at the home of a lady who has kindly agreed to adopt him.

(We tried to find him rescue space on numerous occasions but they are all overwhelmed with large intakes of stray / unwanted cats sadly)

So staying local is the perfect result for him.

Next he is going to be going to the vets to be neutered, chipped, vaccinated and have a general health / teeth check.

It’s taken a while to get to this point due to him roaming about getting food where he can but thankfully now that he seems to know he’s wanted and loved, he’s settling more with his ‘soon to be’ owner.

We are now hoping to raise some funds for his initial vet visit.

It’s been our mission for a long time to get Charlie settled in a home of his own and we are finally almost there ❤️
