Forever Fanta
Donation protected
Hi There,
My name is Alex Lytwyn.
Having Cerebral Palsy to go along with very limited homecare, there’s a lot I need help with.
For four years, I had a Service Guide Dog named Fanta. She was my fantastic companion. Fanta made my life possible. From opening doors, picking up objects, calling for help, taking off my coat/mitts/shirt/ getting help, Fanta provides me with ability and independence.
Recently, Fanta had to go to the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. Her stay was a gruelling five days in length.
She had a lot of procedures and tests done. Fanta then was diagnosed with PROTEIN LOSING ENTEROPATHY (Crohn’s Disease.)
Fanta also had several lengthy stays and procedures with our local vet. After a lengthy battle, she has since passed on.
The hole left in my heart will never close. I miss her more every day. Her spirit will always be with me until we meet again.
I’m on Income Assistance, and the costs of Fanta’s medical bills are/were very high.
Anything you could donate to help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Alex
