Forever 17 - In Memory Of Omarion ‘Tommy’ McKenzie

Donation protected

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” 2 Timothy 4:7-8 KJV

On Friday, March 27th, 2020 Tamikha & her daughter Sarayah’s life changed FOREVER. Tamikha received a phone call that every parent would dread. Her one and ONLY beloved son Omarion ‘Tommy’ McKenzie had transitioned from earth due to a senseless act of violence.

Omarion was just 17 years old. He was a VERY well rounded young man. Omarion was actively involved with his church, he also was employed at Wendy’s. He had plans to attend college on a full scholarship to play lacrosse his passion although he was an all star athlete there was nothing he couldn’t do. He had a promising future Omarion was excited and looking forward to attending his Prom, he also was scheduled to graduate this upcoming June, as well as attending college in the Fall.

As we all know Tamikha would do ANY and EVERYTHING for her children she worked 2-3 jobs as well as doing hair on the side to make sure that her children were well taken care of and that they wanted for nothing. As a parent no one expects to bury their 17 year old, let’s not forget Omarion was his mother Tamikha’s FIRST BORN! His sister Sarayah is also having trouble dealing with the grief of losing her only older brother whom she lived with and loved so very dearly.

Instead of planning for Omarion’s upcoming future events such as his Prom, Graduation, setting up his dorm room in the Fall. His mother Tamikha is now forced with having to plan his burial. So at this time we aren’t asking for much whatever you are able to contribute to help out Tamikha and her daughter Sarayah would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God Bless You All!

We LOVE YOU Omarion ‘Tommy’ McKenzie. May You Rest Peacefully In The Arms Of Christ. Hug Bailey For Us.

Love You Always & Forever,  Mommy & Sarayah
