The trees and creatures of the forests in NSW are in crisis, due to bushfires, logging and climate change.
We are a group of Christians, mostly from the Uniting Church, who stand in solidarity with the forests, those who defend them and all who depend on them. Your donation will help us to:
- ·Join with others to achieve protection and connection of high-quality forest habitat
- Offer pastoral care and support to forest defenders
- Acknowledge, encourage and support spiritual connection with the earth/Earth
- Support the involvement of people of faith in efforts for forest protection
We direct 10 percent of the ministry’s donations (other than donations made directly to help cover the costs of our publications) to acknowledging the unceded sovereignty of First Nations Peoples in the lands where we work.
