Forerunner School of Worship 2023-2024

Hi! My name is Pedro Tovar Rodriguez, but my closest friends call me Peter. For the past 7 years I have been leading worship in multiple churches and events around San Diego County in the state of California. God has also led me to travel outside of California and bring praise and worship to states like Arizona, Nebraska, South Dakota, Virginia, and now Maryland. For this 2023 summer I have been helping Pioneer Remnant Ministries with worship and been interning at Vitalize Church in the state of Virginia. I feel that the Lord is calling me out to pursue a more intimate and deeper understanding of worship and praise. The Forerunner School of Worship (an International House of Prayer ministry) is based in Kansas City, Missouri. Their mission is to advance in 24/7 prayer with worship and proclaim the beauty of Jesus and His glorious return. Going in I will have to go through their 6 month ONE THING internship, where I will be worshiping Jesus, studying the Word, engaging in works of justice, ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit, and contending for the full release of the Lord’s kingdom purposes. During this time I will be preparing to then go into The Forerunner School of Worship and learn to release a sound that would set the heart of my generation ablaze. In order to be a part of this, I need to raise $10,000. This will cover my tuition for worship school, travel, and living expenses for the 6-month program. I have to be on campus July 14, 2023 -- the goal is to be fully funded by December. IHOPKC has allowed me to pay $400 every two months as an affordable rate to stay in the program. My goal now is to get $400 before July 14 to get my foot on the door and hold my place. I am asking that you would consider partnering with me financially and through prayer.
