Ford's Cancer Journey

In January 2024, our precious baby, Ford (16 months), was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive brain cancer. She immediately underwent surgery to remove a mass in her brain. By the healing power of God, all of the mass was removed and she is recovering well. However, because the cancer is so aggressive she has been referred to a team of specialists at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Ford will need to undergo an estimated eight months of chemotherapy and radiation and will begin her first round almost immediately. In order to support Ford and her care, both her mom and dad have had to temporarily take extended leaves of absence so they can travel for her treatments. The Deeses have just begun this path and already the expenses are overwhelming and continue to rise. The family asks first and foremost for your prayers as they begin this long journey. They appreciate any donations you can make and want you to know they will only be used for Ford’s travel, housing and medical expenses. Thank you for keeping sweet Ford and her family in your prayers.
