It is with the heaviest of hearts I relay that Jack passed away May 11th. His services will be held Thursday May 19th at Old Mission with a Celebration of Life to follow at Hinz Farm. Donations can still be accepted here for his family or directly to his spouse’s PayPal at her email address— jordan.d.minnis (Gmail).
A music benefit will be set up in the near future and those details will be provided.

As some of you already know, Jack is currently undergoing 30 days inpatient rehab. Jack is a wonderful friend, spouse and father. Unfortunately this, although will bring a better future for the Forck family, is putting their finances at an all time strain. Jordan, a stay at home mom to their four girls, is doing everything she can to keep on top of everything while Jack is getting treatment but they could sure use a little help from our community during this time.
