Hoje partilho convosco a fase mais difícil da minha vida.

Em 2024 fui diagnosticada com cancro da mama. Desde então, tenho lutado com todas as minhas forças — passei por quimioterapia venosa, depois oral… e recentemente recebi a dura notícia de que a doença evoluiu para metástases no fígado e nos ossos.

Tenho 45 anos e sou mãe solteira de uma menina de 7 anos. Ela é o meu mundo. É por ela que continuo a lutar todos os dias, mesmo quando o corpo fraqueja e o medo tenta ganhar espaço.

Tenho o apoio dos meus pais e da minha irmã, que têm sido um pilar fundamental, mas esta batalha traz também um peso financeiro muito grande.

Neste momento, preciso de recorrer a tratamentos complementares, medicação e vitaminas que ajudem a fortalecer o meu sistema imunitário e a travar a progressão da doença. Infelizmente, muitos destes custos não são comparticipados.

É com humildade, mas também com esperança, que peço a vossa ajuda.

Today I share with you the hardest phase of my life.

In 2024, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then, I have been fighting with all my strength — I went through intravenous chemotherapy, then oral treatment… and recently I received the heartbreaking news that the disease has progressed to metastases in my liver and bones.

I am 45 years old and a single mother to a 7-year-old daughter. She is my world. She is the reason I keep fighting every day, even when my body feels weak and fear tries to take over.

I have the support of my parents and my sister, who have been an essential pillar in my life, but this battle also brings a very heavy financial burden.

At this moment, I need to rely on complementary treatments, medication, and vitamins that may help strengthen my immune system and slow the progression of the disease. Unfortunately, many of these costs are not covered.

I ask for your help with humility, but also with hope.
