This is  written this on behalf of Devon and Bridget, who have experienced a terrible loss this week. In Devon's words:

"Arran Scott Weir was born this morning. He passed away not long after. No "I'm sorry" posts, please. Feel free to express any sentiment you like, just please not those words. 

For those wondering what's been going on, why I've been out of it, off my game.... Well there you have it. The world knows.

Bridget is unable to see this post. Please do not discuss this topic with her.

I have to choose a funeral home. This is tearing me up. Worse, I don't know how I'm going to pay for my son's funeral."

These costs are immediate and help is needed now. 

We (Devon's friends) wish to support he and his wife, Bridget, through this tragedy by assisting with the funeral and other expenses his family has to incur. Please, take a moment and donate to help a family who has spent so much of their time bringing joy to others. 

Devon and Bridget are amazing people, with big hearts and a beautiful son, Malcolm, who is now almost 3 years old. They've supported so many of our local community and charity events, and have always looked to help others at every opportunity.
