We’ve started this fundraiser to help cover medical expenses for our senior rescue, Wolfie, who now needs both eyes surgically removed due to rapid progression of his condition. This is the best option to keep him comfortable and prevent further complications.

We were initially quoted just over $2,000 for one eye, but things changed quickly and bilateral surgery is now required, so looking closer to $3,000 now - with all funds due at the time of surgery (date not yet set).

At the same time, both Wolfie and our senior Rio who’s been suffering with idiopathic epilepsy, and have both facing a medical crisis, which has made this especially difficult.

Funds will go toward Wolfie’s surgery, medications, and follow-up care.
