For Valerie and Her Family

We are so close to our goal of $5000, thanks to the love and generosity of each of you. Thank you!!!  

Our dear friend and colleague, Valerie Merrill, suffered unimaginable tragedy on May 24, 2021, when her beautiful daughter was struck and killed by a moving vehicle. Aliyah was Valerie's everything. 

The coming months will be difficult in ways we can not imagine, and we want Valerie taken care of financially, so she can focus on the process of healing. Her pain and loss will never go away, but with time, continued love, and support, we hope Valerie is able to find peace. 

The funds raised here will directly to Valerie, for expenses that we all take for granted, like mortgage, utilities, gas, and food. It is our hope to cover the costs of Aliyah's funeral and burial, so that her spirit my soar freely as Valerie begins her journey on Earth without her daughter next to her.
