For Ukrainian young talent to study Dance in Rotterdam

My name is Arina Marchuk, I am from Ukraine.

My family and I (mom, dad and younger brother) were forced to move to the Netherlands because, unfortunately, there is a war in my country. My parents do everything so that we do not feel anxious, they try to give us everything we need to be happy, they give us their love and great support, they also support my choice for education and training.

In Ukraine, I have been dancing since I was 4 years old and until now, even when I came to Holland, I continued to dance. And this is my passion and dream to become a student at the Codarts Academy in Rotterdam. I auditioned in April 2025 and was accepted there! I was very happy and happy that my dream began to come true.

But, unfortunately, the price of education is very high, for foreign students: 10,500 euros per year.

This is a huge amount of money for my family. My father works as a builder, my mother works as a volunteer, helping Ukraine. My family is unable to pay such amount of money. So we would be very very grateful for any help you can give us, thank you so much

Mijn naam is Arina Marchuk, ik kom uit Oekraïne.

Mijn familie en ik (mam, pap en jongere broer) zijn gedwongen naar Nederland te verhuizen door de oorlog. Mijn ouders doen er alles aan om ons te kalmeren na alles wat we hebben meegemaakt. Ze proberen ons alles te geven wat we nodig hebben om gelukkig te zijn, ze geven ons hun liefde en geweldige steun, en ze steunen ook mijn keuze voor een opleiding.

In Oekraïne dans ik al sinds mijn vierde en tot nu toe, zelfs toen ik in Nederland kwam, ben ik blijven dansen. En dit is mijn passie en droom: student worden aan de Codarts Academy in Rotterdam. Ik deed auditie in april 2025 en werd daar aangenomen! Ik was heel blij en gelukkig dat mijn droom werkelijkheid begon te worden.

Maar helaas zijn de kosten van een opleiding erg hoog, voor buitenlandse studenten: 10.500 euro per jaar.

Dit is een enorm bedrag voor mijn familie. Mijn vader werkt als bouwvakker, mijn moeder werkt als vrijwilliger in Oekraïne. Mijn familie kan zo'n bedrag niet betalen. We zouden u dus heel erg dankbaar zijn voor alle hulp die u ons kunt bieden, heel erg bedankt
