Tim Sampson passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021, due to complications from acute cell lung cancer and related health issues.

He's survived by his wife, Anita, and his three kids: Alex, Nic, and Ronan/Cheyenne.

If you were lucky enough to know Tim, you knew he was always a friendly face, willing to offer his support to anyone who he thought could use it.

Throughout the last year, during the worst days of his battle with cancer, he never stopped trying to make things easier for those around him.

He donated his body to the Wayne State School of Medicine, and a memorial will be planned in the coming months.

Any support would go a long way for Tim's family as they grieve the loss of their husband and father before finding new work.

Whether you knew Tim from his time working, supporting Wayne County's 4-H, his children's Huron High School bands, supporting Ronan/Cheyenne's art, or any of the many ways he impacted so many of us — take a moment to think and pray for him and help support his family through this extremely difficult time.
