Funeral Fundraiser

This is Steven Rich, who died, when he placed himself in front of the MBTA commuter train (10/25/23). 

Since September 2, 2023, Steve was admitted to, and released from 5 different hospitals, and 2 stays at a respite facility. He was begging for help. He openly admitted that he was feeling suicidal. He was released by all, because “he isn’t a danger to himself”.  The system failed him at every turn.

His girlfriend, and her family, are attempting to honor his last wishes, and had him cremated. They are unable to take on this financial burden, and Steve had no financial savings, or life insurance. They were forced to use a credit card to pay for it. 

We are asking for any help that can be provided, whether it be financial or simply sharing the fundraiser. We thank you in advance for whatever help you may choose to provide.
